SharePoint
SharePoint is a web application platform in the Microsoft Office server suite launched in 2001. SharePoint combines functions that are traditionally separate applications: intranet, extranet, content management, personal cloud, workflow management, enterprise search, document management, business intelligence, enterprise social networking, and an enterprise application store. SharePoint can refer to one or more SharePoint technologies or products including SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, SharePoint Foundation or OneDrive for Business. We used SharePoint to create solutions for our clients Societe Generale Bank, McCann Grupa, Idea, Eurobank, AirSerbia, Strauss Adriatic, and others.
Project
Microsoft Project is a tool for communication, planning, and collaboration within IT teams. Project launched in 2012 and is available to team members and project members. The new version was released in 2013 with several meaningful changes, one being integration with SharePoint and improved communication. The integration with SharePoint is most seeming in user’s personal working area, MySite, and is quite sophisticated. The Project is Microsoft’s third Windows-based application and has become the dominant PC-based project management software.
Skype for Business
Skype for Business is an instant-messaging client. Microsoft announced in 2014 that Skype for Business will replace Lync, and was officially launched in April 2015. Skype for Business includes some amazing new additions that focus on communication between large groups of people.
Microsoft Exchange Server
Microsoft Exchange Server is a calendaring and mail server that runs exclusively on the Microsoft Windows Server product line. Initially, it was Microsoft’s internal mail server. Since its introduction in 1993, it became an industry standard for systems for electronic messaging communication. We use Exchange to assist our clients in developing easier and faster communication channels. Our clients PharmaSwiss, NIS, and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund of the Republic of Serbia, have reported significant improvement in their workflow.
System Center
System Center Configuration Manager is systems management software developed for managing large groups of computers running Windows, Windows Embedded, OS X or UNIX. System Center provides remote control, software distribution, patch management, network access protection, operating system deployment and software and hardware inventory. System Center Operations Manager is a cross-platform data center management system for operating systems and hypervisors that works with Microsoft Windows Server and Unix-based hosts.
Office 365
Office 365 is the brand name that Microsoft uses for a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 offers different services for consumers and enterprise users. Services include OneDrive, Skype for Business, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Office online, integration with Yammer and access to the Office software.
Microsoft Azure
Azure is Microsoft’s public cloud computing platform created for building, deploying and managing applications and services through a global network of Microsoft-managed data centers. Azure supports many different programming languages, tools and frameworks, both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems.
Veeam Software
Veeam Software is a privately held IT company that develops backup, disaster recovery and virtualization management software for VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments. They focus on products that increase the resistance of virtualized workloads, reduce downtime and ensure the system availability required by service-level agreements.
KEMP
KEMP Technologies, Inc. creates load balancing products that balance user traffic between multiple servers in an organization, business or managed service provider’s infrastructure. They also offer geographic and virtualized load balancing. LoadMaster is their main product, a load balancer built on its own proprietary software platform called LMOS which enables it to run on almost any platform. KEMP is available in Azure.
