Accredited ITIL® training

Accredited by PeopleCert, CPU is an ITIL® Accredited Training Organization (ATO) and part of PeopleCert’s Worldwide Partner Network, with the authority to conduct accredited ITIL® training in accordance with the highest standards of good practice. Courses organized at CPU are led by accredited trainers with years of experience in theory and practice. The training includes ITIL® authorized literature, as well as the complete material needed to follow the course successfully.

CPU delivers accredited ITIL® Foundation (Version 5.0) training — the entry level and first step in the ITIL® certification scheme.

The new ITIL® (Version 5.0)

ITIL® Version 5.0 is the latest version of the world’s most widely adopted IT service management framework. The new ITIL is AI-native by design — practical, modular and role-aligned — connecting strategy, design, delivery and continual improvement through a single, integrated lifecycle.

The entry point is ITIL® Foundation (Version 5.0), which introduces the core concepts, models and principles of digital product and service management and establishes a shared language for how value is created and sustained.

Certification path

• ITIL® Foundation (Version 5.0) — the entry-level certification and the first step in the ITIL® scheme.
• ITIL® Managing Professional — built on Foundation plus the Product, Service, Experience and Transformation modules.
• ITIL® Strategic Leader — for leaders who shape digital strategy, govern effectively and lead transformation.

The ITIL® Practice Manager and ITIL® Master designations, together with the AI Governance extension module, are being introduced as the next steps in the scheme.

Professionals who already hold ITIL® 4 Foundation can move to the new version by taking the ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5.0) exam.

ITIL® eLearning through CPU

Through CPU you can also obtain all official PeopleCert ITIL® eLearning courses (online, self-paced) — created by the makers of ITIL, with the course and the official exam voucher bundled together. The complete PeopleCert ITIL® portfolio is available, including:

• ITIL® Foundation (Version 5.0 and ITIL® 4) and ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5.0)
• ITIL® 4 Specialist modules (e.g. Create, Deliver & Support; Drive Stakeholder Value; High-Velocity IT; Monitor, Support & Fulfil, and more)
• ITIL® 4 Strategist / Leader (Direct, Plan & Improve; Digital & IT Strategy)
• ITIL® 4 Practitioner modules (Incident Management, Change Enablement, Problem Management, Service Desk, and others)

Two options are available: eLearning (an interactive online course) and eLearning+ (the course backed by Official Mock Exams and a re-take).

The target group

All involved in, or dependent on, the delivery of IT and digital services: IT management, IT support, development, consultants, service providers, system integrators, etc.

Preconditions

There are no preconditions for the Foundation training. Experience in working with IT is desirable but not required.

Format

Lecture with slides, online (remote). Slides are in English, and training is delivered in Serbian.

Duration: 3 days

No training associated with a PeopleCert (ITIL®) product can be sold without the corresponding official examination.
