Authorized ITIL™ training
Accreditation by Peoplecert, CPU has become an ITIL™ Authorized Training Provider (ATP) and a part of the Axelos` Worldwide Partner Network with the authority to conduct accredited ITIL™ training in accordance with the highest standards of good practice. Courses organized in CPU are led by accredited experienced trainers with years of experience in theory and practice. The training includes ITIL™ authorized literature, as well as the complete necessary material for successful course tracking.
ITIL™ Foundation training
On 28 February 2019 AXELOS launched the ITIL 4 Foundation certification level.
The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.
With this training, students are preparing to take the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate exam. This certification represents the first step in ITIL™ certification and is mandatory for students who intend to continue with intermediate levels of training.
During the training process, students will get to know:
- Key Principles and Concepts of IT Service Management
- Benefits brought about by the implementation of ITIL™ recommendations
- IT services management processes and their relationship with the life cycle of services
- Basic concepts and definitions that relate to the life cycle of services
- Activities and roles that are included in the life cycle of services
The target group
All involved in, or dependent on, the delivery of IT services (IT services): IT management, IT support, development, consultants, service providers, system integrators, etc.
Preconditions
There are no preconditions for training. Experience in working with IT is desirable because it facilitates the acquisition of knowledge from training.
Format
Lecture with slides. Slides are in English, and training can be done in Serbian or English.
Duration: 3 days
As of 1 November 2019, no training associated with an AXELOS product can be sold without the corresponding official assessment.
